Having many Agricultural Vehicles and 4x4 vehicles its important that we have the right insurance company to ensure we are always covered without worry and if there is a time we need their assistance, they are responsive - thankfully we have this with Caleb Roberts, they are always there to help and assist in anyway they can, can not fault their customer service.

We renewed our policy with this lot even though they were the most expensive (out of 3 quotes) because we prefer to use local companies however, there is definitely an attitude problem in the Brecon office. Can someone please understand that a renewal policy is a quote to win business and not a blank cheque and finally, please do not send out letters demanding payment when not only payment has already been made but no one at Caleb has the courtesy and decency to call us to enquire whether the quote is suitable, whether we are happy with the policy or even to ask if we have received the quote?

I wouldn't go anywhere else for my home and car insurance. They are always friendly and helpful.
