Great service from Lee, who dealt with multiple issues with our boiler. He was responsive, friendly and went the extra mile to get the job done quickly and get our hot water back on. Very happy customer and will be using Lee in future for services (hopefully no more breakdowns). Definitely recommend.

Called them on a Monday after an emergency with the pressure, Lee came out in 20 minutes, resolved the issue and rebooked for a service within two weeks which he carried out with the highest customer service (during the winter period mind). He was friendly and explained the issue with me, very informative and professional. Will be using his company each year for service and for a number of small jobs which he was happy to take on. Cannot fault them!

Lee is a thoughtful and totally reliable engineer. He has navigated his way through a number of troublesome plumbing issues and we always call him in confidence that he can sort out the complicated stuff.

Lee has fitted a new boiler for me and a few other jobs in my house (connecting radiators, gas cooker etc). All were done very professionally and to very high standard, despite my house not having any straight walls! Lee is very patient with me as I do tend to ask a lot of questions, and he has offered me advice for current and future projects. Always responds quickly to messages and arrives when he says he will. Would highly recommended.
