Took 15 minutes for an answer (which isnt too bad) then i the receptionist kept asking me to repeat myself because the phone line kept cutting out (not her fault) but then i kept repeating myself then just sighed and put the phone down.

Getting an appointment is a difficult and extremely stressful! There is no hold line queuing system, so you can keep calling, getting cut off, then calling again and hence put to the back of the queue, trying this over and over again until its been 30-60mins and when you do get through the appointments are gone. And this is the experience of both my partner and I on several occasions over the last year alone. My experience of the doctors themselves is fantastic. But if you cant get an appointment whats the point??? They need some serious investment into their appointment system.
