        I disagree with the previous review as I think this is a super branch. Helpful, patient and understanding. Yes there are queues at busy times but there are queues everywhere thats popular and good. The staff here have helped me on numerous occasions actually so I really couldn't fault them. Thanks Brecon Barclays for being brilliant.

        Where do I start ok poor customer service. Constant queue which seem to take forever. And some numpty thinks filling the place full of self serve counters solves the problem which has actually made it worse. got loads more examples but won't bore you. Avoid and bank somewhere else.
