        Awful service, took money quick enough for next day delivery but never dispatched shoes until asked for order to be cancelled as not received. Lied and said they refunded postage charge, ignored receipt of returned goods until chased up and now waiting for a refund which will probably never arrive. Poor excuses for poor service.

        0 stars. Poor sizing and dreadful Customer Service I would have actually given this company no stars for customer Service but not the option. I order 2 pairs if shoes using the online measuring guide. One was to small and narrow the other was to big and very wide. Raised a return as instructed and using the returns label issued. Waited 14 days no refund. Was going to call customer services but it a premium rate number so emailed instead. They advised no record of the returns. Had to send my proof of returns receipt. Then was told to wait a further 5 days to receive my refund. Again no refund. After several more emails and more confirmation I will be getting a refund nothing. Raised a dispute with PayPal and finally recieved my money. Avoid this company.....
