Terrible seller - no customer service whatsoever

Very poor that when you want to report to them an error ON THEIR PART, they have the audacity to charge you PREMIUM RATE PHONE CALL. That is NOT customer service. Email and Social Media is all very well but sometimes you simply need to talk to someone. It is outrageous that you charge for the privilege of having to inform you of YOUR ERRORS. It is simply NOT ACCEPTABLE. Very few is any companies in the uk charge you for calling them - only the dodgy ones like the BVG Group.
