We had an incident a few months ago from a miserable male staff member, he was really rude because I needed to use the till rather than self check-out, that's what they are employed to do , serve customers.
This time round we we will avoid this shop even if allowed back in , as the 2 staff members
we encountered are very rude and have no place there as they lack customer service skills big time.
