        Terrible business, Sarah and Rich have clearly told the employees to write reviews, they are terrible managers, do not work here they treat you with no respect what's so ever

        Been dealing with McKlords for about 5 years purchasing a cleaning chemical for our hot wash. Initially dealing directly with Richard which was good. We got a product that works and even tailored a few spin off products for certain machines we have. Overall we are happy with the product and we will continue to use it.
