Stopped here whilst visiting family and made new friends. We can honestly say we haven't stopped anywhere that made us feel so welcome. From the moment we arrived to the time we left we were made to feel like welcome friends. The room was beautiful and everything was there to make our stay comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble, and staff were so friendly and accommodating. We stayed in room 4 which was lovely decorated and the bathroom met all our needs. The breakfast are a must, and the evening meals were fabulous. Thank you so much for a lovely stay and we will definitely be back xx Noteworthy details: The views are breath takingly beautiful.

Stayed here whilst we enjoyed a couple of days at Sweetlamb off-road motorbiking last month. Claire and Mark were so welcoming, friendly and attentive. A family run hotel in every sense, a real home from home. We had a couple of nights crack in the bar with some lovely locals, this place was clearly the hub of the village. Very comfortable and quiet rooms to rest our aching limbs. We were also able to put our bikes in the outbuildings for the night, much appreciated, though the area was so peaceful, security was not a concern. Fantastic breakfast with a view of red kites flying and nesting from the window...what more could you ask for! We had a the best Welsh weekend thank you C&M, from the two American/ Australian/Irish girls who hijacked your bar, we'll be back!
