Lived here for the last 5 years! Very quiet site and hardly see the neighbours other than summer months as you must be over 50yrs of age to live here. Plenty of walks if you're fit enough. One Restaurant only 4min walk. Bus-stop within 5 min walk. Nearest shops is a bus or car-ride or, 25min walk to Bryncoch village.

Viewed a house that we're in the proses of purchasing. The site is a very quiet site with a pleasant countryside location.
