Steve was professional friendly and informative. We were at our wits end with a rat problem in one of our rental properties. He turned up on time kept us informed of the whole process and eradicated the rats that we have had ongoing issues with for months, within two weeks, coming back for a second visit to check all was gone. Came out at super short notice after discovering a wasp nest in the exact spot we were throwing up our wedding marquee. Genuinely cares about his work and told us to get in touch at the slightest hint of any reappearing so he could finish the rest off. Really lovely bloke to top it off. Wedding day went off without a hitch (or a sting!) so thanks for that!
