Absolutely disgusting. Photos online made it look very good and worth the price, until we got into the room, there was dust all over the curtains and on the ceiling, there was grime on the mirror along the edge, food wrappers underneath the cabinet which shows the room doesnt have a proper clean. There was stain marks all over the carpet. The bed was horrendous, the slightest touch and it was very creaky high made it very hard to sleep in as when you turned over you woke the other person up. The bathroom was the cleanest part of the room.which still had faulty lights in the mirror. To then get up the next morning and have to ring the bell over 5 times and still nobody came to assist us, on leaving so had to leave the keys on the desk. As we picked up our tv remote it had no back and the batteries fell out, to then find out they had run out, my partner went to reception and asked for them to be replaced to be told to use the buttons on the side of the tv until he could find some batteries from another remote he could take. We was also told that the kitchen was being done so no food would be served then to find out upon further investigation that their kitchen had been under construction for 4 months. Overall was not pleasant and will not be staying again. I am only putting 1 star as I have to.
