        I am amazed this man is still in business. I don't think I have had a worst experience in many years. I was sent proofs of the transfers and within 3 hours I advised proof was wrong. 2 futher e-mails were ignored before the wrong transfers appeared in the post. My complaint was acknowledged and Blackham offered to replace the transfers if I sent them back which I did. Several more e-mails were ignored before after several weeks in exasperation I asked for the return of the transfers. A costly mistake on my part
