Tried to get a quote for turf -two emails sent and phone calls. I phoned several times and when I did get an answer and I asked if the guy could give me an idea when the turf would be ready, he replied -it depends on the weather. No co-operation so they lost an order and we lost a job.

Got turf from B&Q, Greenways Mold and M&R. M&R was the cheapest and the best.

Asked for 50m2, guy on the phone asked me for measurements - gave him them, they were slightly out as my brother had done them, he converted them as they were measured in feet and he said I needed 66m2 - I said I already have 6m2 so he delivered the 60m2 (there was no way my lawn was 66m2) but I am a novice so went with it, delivered promptly at 9am (wouldn't even bring it to the garden dumped on the road outside of my house) - turf laid by 4pm had 15 rolls left over, rang them back to return the remaining turf and I was told absolutely not as I had made a mistake with measurements (even with original measurements I worked out he had over ordered by 6m2), very rude and offensive down the phone said absolutely no way was it being collected, now I still have 40 worth of turf rotting on the road outside of my house. Female on the phone when I rang back next morning also very rude and offensive. Very very disappointed. Also hung up on me just for the icing on the cake. Stay well clear if I was you, heard Huws grey selling turf and delivering also.
