The Surgery

I am not local to Betws Y Coed and cannot report on the quality of the surgery's medical services. However, the practice does not seem to have a current picture of its building so here I am with one. The building, situated west of Betws Y Coed town centre off the A5, affords ample parking and accessible entrance/restroom, and the surgery is appointed with extra care to maintain a new and modern facility.

I have been registered with this practice for 10years, and whenever I have needed an appointment I have been able to get one as they operate a ring on the day system which works brilliantly. The reception/ pharmacy staff are polite, accommodating and make you feel relaxed and even welcome. The nurses are little harder to see as you have to book ahead but the attention you receive is excellent. The three female Doctors are all exceptional. I have always felt both respected and listened to and in receipt of all the appropriate investigations /medication needed. The most caring service, that never fails to make me wonder how they do it all so well. I hope they know how much each and every member of the team are appreciated. Thank you.

Cant fault this doctors what helpful and caring staff even the practice manger goes out of her way to help you I was only visiting and had a problem but they more than went out of there way to help me more people should be like they were I would like to thank them all
