This company visited a customer next door to me on the 23/11/2020 and jetted their blocked sewer. the result was they flushed sewage matter all over my rear garden path after it spilt over through excess flushing and wrong identification of a problem. They never made any apology knowing what they had done and the operators didn't have a clue. I had earlier advised them of the utility responsibility which they should have known. I complained to the company who got protective of their staff who patently lied about their operational activity.. my property had to be decontaminated the next day. Not a word of praise for LMR whatsoever. The Clean up crew were brilliant and knowledgable about the services that had posed the problem. A Nice letter of appreciation sent to their boss.
