        Shockingly bad customer service, I last used them in 2020 and vowed never again after waiting ages for a cap and being constantly fobbed off with excuses. So stupid me, I think they must have improved by now? No is the answer, the socks I ordered were out of stock, I received a pleasant email informing me of this after nearly a week of waiting, fine, I will have a different pair..3 emails and a few phone calls later no response whatsoever! I have now requested a refund, thank goodness I paid via PayPal so they can dispute this for me. Its such a shame because they have nice products, but seriously I will never use them again.         My experience has been. Poor after sales after care service. Any product fault or replacement is the manufacturers fault and Marco the Director fails to do anything I have had excuses if its someone elses fault and no effort to replace for a like for like. Please be careful everyone. The aftercare email is a hotmail address. Not Professioanl. I was told my Marco the director I can write what I want about him and the company rather than help me and says hes been waiting over a year for the manufacturer. quote, if the manufacturer is not replying to me there is nothing I can do, So this is my honest review.
