        Called repeatedly for 5 days, never returned my call, equipment now failed, so installed new with another company. Added two further systems in other properties.How can you keep customers when you wont return calls?

        John came out promptly the day after we messaged him. Our satellite dish wouldnt pick up the tv signal. He was polite, professional and did a good job at a fair price. All round great service. Thanks Roland and Jules.
