Very rural and peaceful, the perfect getaway destination if you just want to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We stayed in the Fern pod, its very well fitted out, clean and tidy. The hot tub was spotless and the log burner was lovely on the cooler evenings. The addition of complimentary milk, Prosecco and farm eggs was sweet. We only saw the people who own the farm a couple of times but they were friendly. Will definitely come back.

Rooms: 5 rooms, one ensuite, one on ground floor with bathroom next to it. 3 others. Snug. Medium sized lounge with log burner. Kitchen a good size. Downstairs toilet with shower. Utility room. Walkability: You'll need strong legs and good mobility to get up the hill!!

We have just arrived home from a lovely stay in heather. An absolutely gorgeous little pod with stunning views. We had the perfect little getaway and reset after Christmas. The pod itself was absolutely spotless, and had everything you needed (and little extras - dog treats, fresh eggs, and a Christmas hamper! The cheese and crackers we loved!) Lovely hot water in the shower, and fresh towels and robes! The hot tub was clean and always hot and ready to use straight away. Everything we needed to have some home cooked meals too. We were so lucky to be able to come a night early with no extra charge, meaning we had a whole extra day to explore nearby, thank you so much. Finding the place in the dark at 10pm was interesting but we got there after finding the 2mile ahead sign! The weather was grizzly but it didnt stop us, we had some lovely walks right on the door step, and the views were stunning. We went to the local red kite feeding centre which was such an experience, and we ate at two restaurants in Knighton -The horse and jockey inn, and The Banc, both which I highly recommend! I couldnt recommend maesgwyn holiday lets enough to anyone looking for a countryside getaway! Thank you so much for our stay.
