It had everything we needed for a great stay, with heating, cosy bedding, a fully equipped kitchen and a hot shower and bathroom. Not to mention the views of the woodland surrounding fields.
We woke up each morning to sounds of birds and baby lambs. Theres no phone signal here (there is some WiFi at the internet cafe) so it was great to disconnect for a few days and really take on the wildlife and nature in this area. Its perfect for a weekend offline.
Would love to stay again, this place is so special and I left feeling very relaxed!

We stayed in a yurt. It was super cosy. Only real complaint was the mattress...our backs didn't cope too well with it.
There are composting toilets to use in the night, so you don't have to venture all the way to the communal facilities.
The communal facilities are spotless and very well equipped.
WiFi is available by the "village hall", but it really isn't the best. We just about managed to check emails...but I guess the whole point is to just switch off and relax.
The staff are super friendly and really can't do enough for you.
Perfect setting....we are planning on returning next year.
