They offered us a great service at a very competitive price and always left the place tidy at the end of the working day. The stove Luke recommended looks really great in place and seems to be a solid and good product. We would highly recommend their services.

We contacted Gwynedd stoves to service our wood burner a few weeks ago. They came out and we were so pleased with their work we asked them to take a look at the cowl on the chimney as we were having problems with cross winds and heavy rain. They informed us on the options to help us select a new cowl that would solve our issues. They ordered the new cowl and kept us updated on delivery and as soon as it arrived they got in touch to arrange fitting. On both visits they text with a time of arrival, arrived on time. They are extremely clean and tidy leaving the area of work spotless. We also found their price's reasonable and we would recommend the company to friends and family and will be having them back to sweep the chimney.

Installed our multi fuel stove along with a new chimney liner and ant downdraft cowl. The job was completed to a very high standard and very professional throughout. Everything was left clean and tidy by the installer who also gave us lots of helpful tips on using our new stove. We are very happy with the installation and would definitely recommend Gwynedd Stoves
