Cae Du Campsite

Needs renaming or the maps information updating - it is closed to regular campers and only takes bookings for people who stay six months.

Such a shame that this gorgeous park is only seasonal, we can't visit anymore as we like to travel to different places, I hope Beddgelert gets planning permission for another touring park

2300 for a season ticket - What a Joke!! This spells out exactly what is wrong with our society and the greed that besets it. `Our campsite now only has seasonal pitches for touring caravans, motorhomes and tents. We are an adults only site.`

Appallingly elitist - can only pitch a tent if you pay 2300 for a season ticket! The owners should think again and recognise that running a tourist business in the national park comes with responsibility to provide fair and equitable access.

I have used the Cae Du campsite for nearly 20 years. This was the best campsite I have even be too in the UK. I was hoping to book for this summer but sadly they no longer take tents or children. This is incredibly sad and a huge chunk of my past has no been consigned to history. Beautiful site but now incredibly boring. With just adults and no children like a country in Chitty Bang Bang.
