        Yes, could do with a bit if attention, but it's in a decent enough state, has a great kitchen, is in a fabulous location, very spacious, has a garden. I think 3.5 is probably a more accurate score, but the previous 1 star review is just not fair or helpful. I'd recommend this place for families who want to be at the centre of all the amenities etc... if you're looking for somewhere a bit more upmarket, The Bull over the road is worth a look...
