Had a lovely chat with Ian on our first visit to Beaumaris, really interesting to see the painting process and he gave us some helpful painting tips. The paintings in the gallery are absolutely stunning, well worth a trip if on Anglesey

An incredible selection of paintings all perfectly depicting the places they represented! Clearly a lot of love and care went into every piece and his years of experience really showed through. The artist, Ian, was lovely. Happy to chat and give us recommendations of where to go on our holiday, even stopping to get a map and show us to his recommended beaches! Happy for dogs to come into the gallery as well and said a nice hello to our dog as we talked. We were also told about the commissions, send him a picture you've taken of the beautiful Welsh scenery and get it painted by one of the best artists I've ever seen!

Travelling around north wales we came across Ians art shop/ gallery myself and my wife we absolutely captivated with Ians work and went into his shop for a closer look. Ian was extremely welcoming and was in the middle of painting one of his pieces. He spent a lot of his time chatting with us about his work and local places to visit, a very warm person to come across and chat with. Would highly recommend a visit if you are into scenery paintings that really capture the power of the oceans and mountains. It was an absolute delight to meet him and see his work and we will be asking him to do a piece for us in the future.

An incredible artist - the tones and textures in his work are beautiful. So much variety in the subject matter produced - just gorgeous!! He was also incredibly insightful when I was in the studio and shared some really helpful art tips which was super lovely of him!
