Arbserv Ltd - Tree Surgery & Surveys

We appointed Arbserve to carry out a Tree Hazard Survey for public liability insurance purposes, and to advise on works required to care for a lapsed pollard common lime and a neighbouring lime which might be affected by the loss of the canopy when the pollard was completed. All our trees are subject to TPOs (many of them at our request) and it is very important to us that we take great care of these trees. Luke and Matthew were fantastic! From my first conversation with Luke he was friendly, professional and very, very helpful. Understanding that the timescale was tight due to Planning, Luke reserved a day to do the work in anticipation that the quote woukd be approved. On the day of the survey Luke arrived bang on time, got straight on without any delay and worked efficiently, no time was wasted, no corners were cut. At the end of the day Luke walked me round all the trees and explained his findings and recommendations which was really great. We received the full report just a day or two later, very comprehensive, easy to read and understand, and fully compliant with our requirements. We look forward to continuing to work with Arbserve for ongoing tree surveys and any complex works. Absolutely superb!!!

We recently engaged Arbserv to carry out a tree report to request Council approval for works to be carried out on our trees protected by TPO's. We received a 5* service from the start. Exceptionally professional, friendly and super responsive. Matt undertook the survey, spending time with us to explain and educate us about our trees and woodlands, it was fascinating. The report was generated within 48 hours, it was soon approved by the Council and Matt and his team arranged the removal of the trees. Effortless, courteous and an incredibly tidy job. Can't recommend this Company enough, great job, great team.
