Yoga is set instinctively to the requirements of the class, run with a rhythm of peacefulness and understanding. I recommend these classes to all abilities and knowledge of yoga.

Simon is a wonderful teacher with a vast and extremely well rounded knowledge of both asana and more spiritual practises. I really enoyed his warmth and the sense of compassion he shows as a teacher while also allowing his student to reach their edge and even nudge it slightly. Can't recommend him highly enjoy!!!

I love my classes with Simon, every time I learn something new! Simon really helps you relax and teaches you to focus. I am training for a marathon at this current time. If I miss a yoga class, I will normally get a cramp . My classes help me to stretch my whole body to avoid this . It has also helped me mentally be more confident and deal with anxieties. There are not many yoga classes like Simons he helps you understand the practice to whole new level. A beautiful human being , I now consider a friend :) . Thankyou Si!

So glad I found this local yoga class and perfectly timed to reconnect and recharge for the weekend and the week ahead. Love Simons way of teaching and insight which has really benefitted my practice and awareness through the exploration of different styles and techniques. All very familiar yet subtly different from any other yoga class Ive experienced. 10/10 from me... see you on Friday!
