Jarrods Staircases ltd

Our experience with Jarrods was excellent from start to finish. Martin was wonderful with my parents at the start of the project and he took so much care and time with them when he visited to get the right staircase made for them that would appropriately meet their needs. We felt very confident and well-informed throughout. The design and make phase was fast and efficient and when it came to installation they were outstanding. Anna accompanied the installation and ensured that everything went well. My mum and dad were delighted and everything was done in a fraction of the time we expected. They even took the trouble to refit stairgates. Wonderful company - we highly recommend them :)

Jarrods renovated our staircase back in 2015, giving us a classic oak and glass staircase which still looks as good as when they first fitted it. For various reasons we needed to fit another bannister on the wall side. We wanted Jarrods to do the work, especially after seeing the work of a local fitter. Chris and Rio did an excellent job as you can see from the pics. They also looked over the staircase, polishing and waxing where they thought it needed it. They worked hard and tidied up thoroughly - they were a credit to Jarrods! The bannister has future proofed our staircase in a lovely way.

Just had our staircase remodelled by Jarrods. Excellent job and very satisfied. From the Survey, detailed design and installation team (Chris and Rio) could not fault them with a very professional attitude and work. Would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family, in fact to anyone.
