        I understand this company is no longer trading my tenancy is now under a different estate agents and since changing hands I have had broken windows replaced, plug sockets and other structural damages repaired that I had been asking CF62 lettings to address for over 2 years! The new letting agents have further informed me that landlords where not made aware of the requests by CF62 and when questions CF62 blamed everything they could from the landlords them self's to not being able to find replacement windows due to BREXIT of all things! Nice and polite over the phone and face to face but that means nothing if you are two faced and have other motives.
