Im renting a flat from them and Im so regreted them and property are rubbish.! Never answer emails. Dont send peopke to repairs. Are rude to you on the phone. Honestly Im moving out as soon as I can afford another place. They are horrible in all aspects

I rented a property for a year in Ferndale. Penrhys Road. After I moved into the property, I seen a review from the past tenant of damp walls, leaks and so on. It wasnt long after I experienced these issues also. A number of times contractors were sent out to the property for the wet walls and blown render and each time it was just covered with damp proof paint! The garden is also a safety hazard. The majority of the garden is covered with vines and the steps to the upper level have been blocked off to due how unsafe it is. The garden was also left with the past tenants rubbish. The ladies at the agency were nothing short of lovely to me and have always been great over email and the phone but it still doesnt excuse the condition myself and baby were living in. I was forced to end my tenancy and vacate the property before my keys were handed in due to the amount of damp. I tried to make this house a home, had brand new flooring put down, re-carpeted the stairs and it was all for nothing as the house is totally unliveable. Ive sent numerous emails and photos of the state of the property and I have no doubt theyll just paint over everything and re lease the house to someone else. Please avoid this property! Especially if you have children.

Rang up 3 times to speak to someone about a property to rent. Was told someone will ring me back. That was over a week ago. Terrible Communication

Where do I start this company are disgusting!!!! We moved in to a property of theirs l on the 7th Aug 2021 leaks in the roof rubbish left in the garden outside wall not fixed we emailed them over and over again yes problems got fixed but at half a job roof still leaked the wall never got fixed and the rubbish removel guy refused 3 times to move rubbish from the garden the 2 weeks ago my dogs knocked a photo over and it was cover in mould so checked everything bookcases, sofa side unit wardrobe and out bed and side tables all covered in mould from how damp the property was so we emailed them to end our tenancy which they did due to health reasons but 4 grands worth of damages to our belonging and they have turned around and said its due to our furniture being against the walls because everyone has their furniture in the middle of the room and now they have ignored every message we have sent!! DON'T LET OFF THESE PEOPLE!!!
