        Never answer the phone. I then travel to get prescription only to be told its not ready so then another journey. Not good.

        Repeat prescriptions take a good half hour each time to collect, would happily pay for a delivery service.

        The staff are not willingly helpful, they are rude and officious, they wont listen to your side of any dispute, according to them they are always right. They want to charge for re dilvery when its their fault tablets are not in stock manifestly unfair.

        Very busy resulting in some delay but thats to be expected with the number of patients they deal with. Staff appear very competent and professional with great people skills. There are a number of pharmacists and they are diligent and knowledgable when advising patients. The pharmacy is in the same building as my GP which is very convenient.
