Terrible place that passes responsibility for making mistakes to surgeries

If I could rate this 0 I would. They claim to not have had a prescription put in, than when I said my step dad had put it in, they claimed he was lying, even receptionist at the doctors confirmed my step dad picked it up and put it in. So they arent taking responsibility of misplacing it, rather than admit to it, theyd rather call people liars. Im charging pharmacys as this one isnt fit for purpose. Too many mistakes (even within my family), one woman that needs people training skills, as she shouldnt reduce customers to tears. Dont get me started on the treatment my mum is given from this particular woman who needs people skills.

Wow From my experience today they were off their heads on something! They're in need of some customer service skills, Listening, Communication skills also. Can't find prescription that has been dispensed one hour ago let alone a routine prescription collected from the surgery next door. Maybe they were having an off day
