My experience today from the the lady on the phone in the Barry branch at approx 4.40pm was unbelievable. Not only was she extremely rude and didnt give me chance to speak before she eventually put the phone down on me after accusing me of not caring about my childs health or eyesight when it was me who rang them to order new glasses! She was so rude she needs a course on customer service. She Definately isnt in the right job! When I asked for her name so I knew who I had spoken too she refused and put the phone down. She said I was argumentative and being rude when I didnt raise my voice once or say anything unkind. She even refused to give me an appointment which is what I needed in the first place. Such a shame as Chris the optician is so so lovely and friendly its a shame the staff have let him and his business down! It is NOT like that in the Rhoose branch!! Absolutely fuming!
