    I ordered a van that I was told they had on site. Paid 5800 deposit. I was told the van would be delivered on Thursday the 30th March, waited in all day, I even called them the day before and at lunch time on the delivery date to see if the van was still arriving. I was told on the day that they didn't know where the van was as it had left the dock and they had no way of contacting the driver. Clearly I was lied to when i was told the van was on their site. I was very clear about asking this question before I purchased the van because we had previously had a years delay on the last van we purchased. So we wanted one that was on site at a dealership and not coming from abroad. At 4.30pm I called again to see if there was an updated, only to be told that the van was not on its way, the driver had called in sick that morning and that it will arrive on Wednesday. This is really poor customer service and to be lieing so blatantly. I will update in due course to see how and when this van will actually be delivered. Update: The van did arrive on the 3rd delivery attempt. This was not the fault of VanZone but the dock. Vanzone have since offered an amount to compensate for the inconvienience. They have also since explained that they do not actually have any vehicles in stock on site but rather they are kept at the PDI centre in Bristol.

    Ordered a Van in December 2022, we were promised that he van would be delivered by the end of January 2023. Its now 21/04/2023, we 've been renting a van for 4 months (3 months longer than we were promised we would have to by Vanzone), today was supposed to be the day of delivery. We received a call at 2pm to inform us that the Van would not be delivered today and they could not provide a date of delivery. Vanzone have a hefty deposit for van in their possession and have cost us 1000's more in van rental payments due to their empty promises (mis-selling). We did loose our cool on the phone and rather than sympathise or get actually answers for us, we were hung up on. The sign writers that have been organised for Monday have now been called off and anther van rented for next week. Our advice, DO NOT use Vanzone. If Wales is to prosper it would be a better place without Vanzone. Update: 1st Direct Debit was taken from our bank on 24/04/23 for the Van we had not received. Vanzone rescheduled delivery shortly after this review was left (25/04/23), this delivery was due to happen on 02/05/23. Vanzone then on 28/04/23 cancelled this delivery citing our above review as the reason. So now, not only have Vanzone failed in every aspect of service delivery, they still have a hefty deposit of over 1800 and the 1st direct debit which was only supposed to be taken on delivery of the vehicle.
