Lisa was so professional and got me a mortgage when the advisors associated with the sale couldn't. The service was excellent and fast. They get back to you on progress of the application and deal with all the paperwork with the lender. You can always get hold of them on the phone also. Was so great to deal with advisors that do what they say they will do. Thanks again for a great service.

Lisa helped me and my partner with a mortgage around a year ago and it was the best thing I did having her as a mortgage advisor! Lisa was warm, lovely and friendly as well as being professional, patient, communicating effectively and in a timely manner. I bought my first house 6 months ago, and Lisa was amazing from start to finish. She helped me to get a mortgage where others had failed, talked me through everything I needed to do, kept me updated, and generally made the whole process relatively stress free. She was available when I needed to talk through potential problems, and gave great advice. I would recommend her to anyone!
