i wouldn't take my car here if it was free. phoned up to describe the problem with my car and after some discussion was told that it sounded like the chassis was bent and my car was probably a write off and no thanks we don't want you to bring your car to us. phoned up a real mechanic and within 20 seconds he said "i know what that is, it's the wishbones", 2 hours work and 200 my car was totally fixed.
