Just completed an unexpected and very uncomplicated sale in less than 7 weeks. Victoria Minor the Conveyancing Administrator, was exceptional in her communication and handling of the process, resulting in my first discussion with John Moore the solicitor on the last day only. This is my second sale with this practice and both have been handled so efficiently. I would highly recommend.

Ive paid them 420 to deal with a simple case. My court hearing was at 3:40 they turned up at 3:45 at the courts when they told me to come 45mins early to speak to the solicitor I paid for, to top it off the solicitor that was late that was suppose to represent me didnt have a clue about my case as he was called 10 mins before to come and represent me. So all the paperwork and everything I had explained before hand was irrelevant it was non existent when we went into the court room. I had the worst possible out come. Their excuse was a computer error even tho I spoke to the solicitors the day before just to give them the heads up. Worst solicitors Ive dealt with by far. I wouldnt even give them a 1 star. They just want the money. I advise anyone who goes with these to be careful. Im going todo what it takes to get some sort of refund. As I couldve represented myself and wouldve 100% had a better outcome. Disgusting.
