Waste of time, useless, unreliable. Ordered with plenty of time to spare, lied to me about item being on its way on the day, then when i called them after it should have arrived they tell me its going to be another 4 days minimum. Dont bother with them, use screqfix and watch this company fail.

Failed to deliver on agreed day No tracking number suppled Parcel lost - refund requested. A week later eventually found out had been delivered to a different company and address. Asked for it to be collected. Refund requested, still waiting (update 15/12/22 - refund successfully processed via credit card company) NOTE this purchase was over a year ago so the company reply is as unhelpful as their service

Was going to hold off posting this but my formal complaint has gone unanswered after 7 working days: Ordered a loft ladder which arrived with vital parts missing. Despite raising a query with the customer service team and being given multiple promises that they would quickly rectify the issue, the replacement parts took more than two weeks to arrive. Furthermore we were lied to multiple times and told they had dispatched the missing parts, when in fact they hadnt even attempted to dispatch them. When the missing parts eventually arrived, they came without fittings - rendering them, a bit like the service we received, completely useless. Sales team were apologetic but despite raising a formal complaint we have had no response or acknowledgment that they were at fault for these problems. A lack of quality control, customer service and a general sense of apathy towards any issues you may (read: will most definitely) have with your purchase.

Shockingly poor levels of customer service. Ladder ordered 8th Dec on 1 day delivery. Ladder arrived one week later. Ladder too big so arranged to return, reluctantly accepting that the return would be at my cost. Advised by email that the return had to be made no later than 29th Dec. Took me 3 days to find a courier prepared to accept the ladder. The courier delivered ladders to the factory, but the factory was closed from 21st Dec to 3rd January. Despite numerous phone calls and emails with customer services prior to making the return, I was never advised of the factory closure. Had to pay for one and a half week's storage and the subsequent re-delivery. Received an email this week advising that there is some form of cosmetic damage to the ladders and they will not be providing any refund. Called today to speak to their manager who has refused to accept any liability. Never considered placing a review previously, but this business is a disgrace.
