        The automatic invoice sent out shows VAT as 0. This is incorrect. I booked this for an employee and had to call customer services to get our VAT invoice. Site employees are obviously unaware of this which means we have lost thousands of pounds over the years in unclaimed VAT. Do better Premier Inn and send VAT invoices automatically. Until then we will book elsewhere.

        We only stayed for one night. The hotel staff were extremely polite and very helpful. Food in the restaurant was great with a good choice. The room was very clean and the shower was excellent. All in all a great stay and I would certainly go back. Great location for exploring Barry island.
