        Awesome gym, I re-joined during the lockdown after working away for five years. I needed to get mentally and physically fit again. Cardio Core ran a Mindfit programme, the instructors were very knowledgeable and so supportive, this set me up on path I absolutely love. Ive not looked back. Im feeling much stronger, I love the gym community and wonderful friends Ive made along the way. The instructors are motivating, they challenge and inspire me. A large variety of classes to suit all abilities, get yourself down there, you wont regret it X

        everything you will ever need from a gym the instructors are understanding proffesional, knowlegable the members are all lovely and welcoming - never felt judged just welcomed unlike other gyms this gym is a community and really good value for money

        I have been to many gyms and none compare to Cardio Core. Everyone makes you feel so welcomeinstructors and staff and you never feel that anyone is looking at you or judging you and the encouragement is amazing. There really is no place like it and a second home to many! Friendships have been started here and its an important place for so many in terms of physical and mental help. Their slogan is true.Cardio Core really isnt just a gym its also a Community
