        Excellent team of coaches, superb equipment and a fully varied range of fitness classes and environs. Improvements to core strength, muscle conditioning and stamina within a few months of 2-3 classes a week. T6S is social and friendly, the classes feel very welcoming. Always a good vibe so coupled with the exercise you cant help but feel improvements to your mental health and well-being too.

        Absolutely spot on, need more stars to rate higher, the welcome you get is first class, the professional coaching and the atmosphere while working on yourself but being part of a team is something these guys have nailed highly recommend
