UPDATE AFTER BEING IN CONTACT WITH ICELAND CEO RICHARD WALKER, I WAS TELEPHONED BY AREA SECURITY MANAGER ASKED TO TAKE MY REVIEW AND SOCIAL MEDIA POST DOWN AND PROMISED HE WOULD THEN INVESSTIGATE THE MATTER.. CEO THEN BLOCKED ME BEING FULLY AWARE OF THE APPALLING TREATMENT I RECEIVED FROM 2 MALE BULLIES SO OBVIOUSLY THIS COMPANY IS RUN AND OWNED BY DISGRACEFUL BULLIES AND LIARS!! I HAVE HEARD ABSOLUTELY NOTHING (22/4/2023) TO DATE! THINKING IM GOING TO ACCEPT BEING INTIMIDATED BY 4 MALE ASSOCIATES! LEGAL ADVICE AND NATIONAL PAPERS ARE NEXT!! THIS COMPANY LED BY COWARDLY BULLIES AND FULL OF PEOPLE WHO HAVE NO CARE FOR LOYALTY, THEIR CUSTOMERS OR THE TRUTH, NOT EVEN BRAVE ENOUGH TO SPEAK TO ME!! After being a customer for over 40 years on my last visit (1/4/22) i was cornered between a storage crate by 2 unknown males who were literally shouting in my face to" Get out, You're Banned" (still no explanation or proof 4/4/22 Apparent staff members I'd never seen before, scruffy not in uniform no respect for personal space or me and publicly humiliating myself and my partner! This apparent reason initially for being banned is for confronting, intimidating & upsetting a family member who is staff, Now since this 'complaint" (was supposed to early March) which btw I categorically deny, [ i have been back 5 or 6 times since alleged] this family member then calling the police who after a phone call actually laughed at the alleged situation, to now being abusive to all staff! I'm over 50, 5 foot just over disabled with a broken back and lung disease! This was a deliberate and personal attack due to playground whispers, as no manager was even on shift that day or ,the following 2 days ive never given any member of staff my name, address etc so who identified me as all staff are not known to me.......
