Update: I recently visited the drive through to eat my food at home. Its less than a 10 minute drive. By the time I got home the food was stone cold, the chicken thigh over cooked to the point it was solid and tough. The gravy was incredibly watery and the chicken in the burger was the same as the thigh on the bone. At least the drink was cold.
To summarise, this is probably the worst KFC Ive been to.
It seems to have been this poor for a long time and I wish action was taken to improve it.
