I always write an honest review- 1 star given as follows: Realistic price & decent quality products. Thats it. Unfortunately for us, they failed to measure correctly for a new porch. There was an existing roof structure (!!) that we asked the porch to be fitted under. Not difficult. However, Im afraid we have been left with a porch that is too short and therefore with quite a noticeable overhang & less room inside. We just do not understand how this could go so wrong?! We called them back (after they speedily left when done) but no offer was made to extend the groundwork, apologise or make it 100% right. Although some cheap looking minimal rectification work (a strip of upvc over lovely brickwork to hide the botched job) was done; it still looks really odd so does my house, obviously this is not what we wanted at all. No apology received or an acknowledgment that it was their fault. Gutted & we wouldnt recommend or use again. I dont blame the guys who did the fitting as it was wrong from the beginning.

I am just emailing as a courtesy, to thank the Dinas Windows team, for another first class window installation. The service has been exemplary from start to finish in every aspect. The fitters completed in a timely manner, to an exceptionally high standard. Minimal disturbance and leaving the area spotless after installation. We will highly recommend Dinas Windows to friends and family, and look forward to using your service again soon.

Awful service. AVOID ! Sent someone out to price up, never came back to me. I contacted them on many occasions over a 2 month period only to be lied to each and every time I called. Still couldn't find job sheet after 2 months, lady on reception continually making up stories as was Josh the directors son. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Dinas windows replaced the front of house windows on the house we recently bought. I wish we had kept the old ones as the replacements sound as if the window is open when closed, loud traffic noise and very draughty. We have used them three times in the past in various properties, but never use again.
