Oh Doggo

The sheer unprofessionalism of Tom is unbelievable. We have been with Oh Doggo for several months now, we never received photos or updates, and witnessed Tom throwing food at our dog on our home cam. Our dog suffered with some anxiety while getting to know Tom, and instead of communicating issues with us as they came up, he kept them to himself, until he YELLED at my partner about the dog having an accident in the car (again, my dog has never had this issue before unless his anxiety levels have been triggered). We expected more than this level of service seeing the cost, but only ever received a he did fine comment on drop off and were never told of any issues even after we asked that they make us aware of anything happening. We have been consulting a behaviourist separate to the walker due to ongoing issues of his anxiety worsening after he has been out with Tom for the past few months. I have had a walker before this group and never did my pup have any issues such as this. On giving a courtesy one month notice of finishing services due to his anxiety worsening but still needing support before Christmas, we were met with hostility and presented with them cancelling all walks leading up to Christmas. I cant say anything about Emma as Ive only met her once. Im really disappointed to see how this turned out, as youd expect more from people who claim to be qualified in dealing with all dogs with all and any issues. I can honestly say now that my dog has now got more issues with anxiety than he did before starting walks with them, which Im now paying a behaviourist for help sorting. Wouldnt recommend.

Thank you Emma & Tom for looking after Mali so attentively and especially as she sadly had a bit of an injury which meant she couldnt join in with as much doggy fun (at least at the beginning of her stay!). Communication is great, I really appreciated the update messages and photos, I was (obviously) worried while we were away about Mali but I knew she was in safe hands and in a wonderful, caring environment! Thank you xx

Emma and Tom looked after our Jessie when we went away for a long weekend. She loved her time with them and would could relax and enjoy our time away knowing she was in great hands. We have already booked with them again.

Ted loves Tom and Emma I only have to mention their names and his tail is wagging x they are always flexible and helpful, and when I take Ted to their home hes bounding to get in x Teds always tired after his walks and hes learning doggy manners being with his doggy friends x thank you Tom and Emma for looking after our lovely Ted xx

We have been with Oh Doggo for quite a while now and I cant speak highly enough. We were quite nervous about letting our dog go on group walks as he was originally quite nervous however Tom and Emma have integrated him amazingly into their group walks and he loves them.
