Ive just completed the Practical Puppy class with my 2nd Puppy. This is the 3rd course Ive done with Emma & each one has been fantastic. Emma is an extremely patient trainer who tailors her technique to each puppy & their owner to ensure maximum results. All training is positively reinforced & super fun. I look forward to completing some higher level & more advanced classes in the future. I would highly recommend Rat Pack to anyone with a new Pup & older dogs for all types of training needs!

I attended the teenage workshop, I was very nervous myself as I always feel people judge me for my dogs behaviour (being to excitable) I did not feel judged at all and felt very welcome! The class was great I learnt some great training games to implement and learnt a lot about my dogs brain and how she learns! Thank you for a great workshop, would highly recommend!

I was in despair as our Border Collie, Toby, has a few issues, mostly caused by noise sensitivity to rumbly engines outside, wind, thunder, fireworks, even spooky music on the TV, all being worse when he is in his own home. He is anxious, digs the carpets, can be flat and also excitable, the rest of the time he is a lovely dog. We could not alleviate his anxiety. Emma, has been marvellous, so reassuring and knowledgeable. She has given me hope that we can help him live a less anxious life. She gives practical and internet information to help you train yourself! and your dog. Toby isnt a ball chaser, but likes finding things around the house, so we have also joined Emmas Sniff Training Class, so Toby has another outlet to distract him from his anxiety. Thank you, Emma, for being there for Toby and me!

Best puppy training you can find. Emma was patient and so supportive. Not judgemental at all which I really appreciated as I didnt practice enough what shed taught the previous lesson. No ticking off from her the following week when puppy didnt perform quite as well as expected- my fault. Wed highly recommend her. Firm, realistic, with a good sense of humour. Always ready to answer questions and her online videos of the the previous classes were invaluable as its quite easy to forget everything that she teaches- well, for me, it was!( Memory of a sieve!) Puppy is now a year old and well trained. Thanks Emma!!
