Dessert & Taco Factory

Although we've previously had desserts which were nice, ordered one of everything apart from nachos on the 'Mexican' drop menu. Food was freezing. Chicken if that's what it actually was (more like rubber) all undercooked inside the fajita along with salad peppers etc.. Hotdogs were the small tinned sausages you would serve at a kids party!! Im not usually the 'karen' to complain but I Called for a refund as all inedible! Girl on the phone, not confident but lovely asking manager for advice took details for refund, no questions asked. Will never order from here again, so rubbish as only Mexican food I am aware of in Barry and boyfriends birthday tainted slightly by this! Fingers crossed I get my refund or I won't be happy....

Was really upset with his my waffles and shakes turned up today!. The delivery woman never had them flat so looked terrible when opened and shakes looked like they where sat in her car for hours. She never had the correct change on her either. Really upset with my experience tonight and it was my first time ordering paid 27 pound to have a waffle that look horrendous and a water shake!.

Honestly the best dessert I've had in a long time the crepes are to die for and quick cheerful delivery
