The manageress said the window rate was only for over1000 this was not shown on the window. She refused me the online rate despite me always having it. So she said that 1.13 was the best she would give me.
I walked 200 yds and bought my euros from another dealer and got 1.17!!!!
Ramsdens, I will never do business with you again because of your rude and arrogant behaviour to me.
