        This guy is clearly a crook indeed. Does half a (bad) job at best and runs away with the money. His company Vale Construction already has two court judgements against it as well as winding up petitions coming in. He will go bust soon of course. His phone numbers are blocked or dead and the lesson is do NOT do any business with Brian Morse. He is a danger to any customer and the people who work for him as well.
