Took in my laptop with a cracked screen. Kris has sourced a replacement screen (bit of an odd screen, so unfortunately not in stock) and repaired within days. Frankly, it performs better than when new! He kept me up to date with the status of repair, and was a delight to chat with. Absolutely excellent service, I thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Took my laptop in for a quote for repair. Greenpoint IT took a while to get back to me as they tried to ring round different suppliers to give me the most competitive quote. Unfortunately, the cost of repair was too costly, and it would have been cheaper to just replace it (touch screen laptop). They did all this for free and no obligation, which I was impressed with, but they did end up being more expensive than elsewhere.

I've given a two star review as my previous experience with them for getting phone repairs was excellent and they are really friendly and helpful but unfortunately this time I sent my PC in for repairs as I had struggled with it for months. I was told that just my SSD had to be replaced so I said go ahead then I was asked if I wanted my files transferred over which I agreed to, this cost extra. When I got my pc back I was having other issues with it and I believe this was due to the files not being transferred over correctly. I struggled again for a few weeks and sent them a photo of a diagnosis on the command centre in which they didn't quite know what it was and were no help to attempt to tell me what the errors meant so I found out after some googling. I then tried a series of tests and found out that the issue was my other ssd. Once removed it all worked fine with new SSDs.
