Starbucks Coffee

Terrible drive thru service. Will try elsewhere next time

Went to the store tried ordering a brown sugar iced latte. Was told no ice....so was happy without ice as we had it before and loved it. Was told "management" said they couldnt do it.... Cannot make a drink without ice It was laughable then because i joked the staff member literally pouted and got annoyed, didnt say thank you or speak. What happens if we ask for no ice or different milk, do they get pouty again? Does starbucks have a law on ice now we missed? Absolute joke, its no wonder the starbucks in barry is always dead compared to costa...who dont mind not removing ice without the need to ask management first and no pouty face. I wish i was joking the face was like chewing a bee

Sadly the drive through customer have a priority over inside seating.. waited and waited for an iced coffee with a breakfast signiture roll after the initial are you sitting in or take away? Do you want a cup? Oddly I replied yes.... 20 minutes later I have asked where my beverages were..."we're very busy and training a new guy" was the standard reply.. no issues with the training or being busy.. but I am the only customer waiting.... I won't be returning unless its for a drive through.. you get served promptly and very courteously... may as well close down the seating area..seems such a waste!!! Parking: Great as nobody was parked outside..
